What Football Data Insights provides

Football Data Insights provides football and basketball match information, collected and translated data, AI-assisted analyses, subscription reports, configurable agents and TXT data exports. Availability depends on the match data, account access and features currently offered on the website.

The service is for sports data research. It does not accept wagers, place bets for you or provide prizes based on sporting outcomes. AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate or inconsistent. Scores, odds, statistics and third-party data may be delayed or corrected. No analysis, agent, historical result or experience record guarantees an accurate prediction, winnings or financial returns.

Your account

Use an email address or Google account that you are authorized to use, keep your password, sign-in codes and session access private, and provide accurate information when requesting support. You are responsible for the activity you authorize on your account. Do not share another person’s account or attempt to access information that is not yours.

Sign-in methods identify accounts separately; using the same email address with different sign-in methods does not necessarily merge accounts or balances. Check the account you are signed in to before purchasing.

Credits and paid features

Credits are website service-use units used for features such as paid AI analyses and data exports. The applicable charge and available balance are shown in the interface. Different models, options and features can have different credit costs. Review the displayed cost before submitting a request; purchasing credits does not guarantee a particular analysis outcome.

Account balances, credit adjustments and access are determined by the website’s verified transaction records. An in-service credit adjustment is not the same as a refund to your payment method. Questions about a charge or credit deduction should be raised with support using the relevant order or service reference.

Prices and checkout

The website’s listed prices are in USD. Stripe may offer an eligible local-currency presentation at checkout. Review the final amount and currency on Stripe before authorizing payment; your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion terms or fees.

Payment takes place on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Your bank or payment provider may require authentication or decline a transaction. Access or credits are added only after the server verifies a successful payment, not merely because the browser returns to the website. If payment appears unresolved, check payment history or contact support before making another purchase.

Subscriptions and data export access

Football and basketball subscriptions are separate products. The current subscription and monthly data export products provide 30 days of the access described in the selected product. They are purchased by a one-time payment and do not automatically renew. Your account shows the recorded access expiry.

An active data export plan waives the per-export credit deduction under the displayed plan rules; standard request limits and data availability still apply. When the plan expires, the normal credit rules apply. “Unlimited” export access does not mean unlimited request speed or that unavailable source data can be supplied.

Subscription reports, scheduled analyses and agent tasks depend on supported matches, available data and service operation. A subscription does not guarantee a report for every match, a particular number of successful predictions or continuous real-time data. Keep copies of reports or exports you need; the interface may limit the availability of past results.

AI requests and agents

You control the prompts, instructions and settings that the interface allows you to edit. Scheduled tasks can request analysis or post-match review according to the configured settings. Review the applicable feature and credit rules before enabling or changing a task.

Only submit content you are authorized to provide. Do not include payment credentials, sign-in codes or sensitive personal information in prompts or conversations. Relevant request content is processed by configured AI services as explained in the Privacy Policy. Generated content should be reviewed rather than treated as an instruction to wager or a promise of results.

Invitations and rewards

If invitation features are available, the interface explains the current binding and reward rules. Confirm an inviter carefully: a confirmed relationship cannot be changed through ordinary account use. Rewards depend on eligible completed activity and the applicable recorded rules; an invitation is not a promise of income.

Acceptable use

Use the website only where and in ways that are lawful. Do not misuse payment services, test unauthorized payment credentials, bypass access or rate limits, disrupt the service, exploit account or referral mechanisms, or submit unlawful content. Access to the website does not itself grant permission to redistribute third-party data, trademarks or other protected material.

Access may be limited when necessary to protect accounts, service security or payment integrity, or to address misuse. Contact support if you believe an account or payment issue has been handled incorrectly.

Refunds, problems and your rights

See the Refund Policy for payment problems, refund requests and the distinction between account credits and payment refunds. Digital delivery does not remove any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a responsibility or remedy where doing so is not permitted by applicable law.

Changes to the service or these terms

The website may update available features, data sources, models or prices. Check the current product description and displayed price before a new purchase. These terms will show an updated effective date when revised; changes do not remove rights you already have in relation to an earlier purchase under applicable law.
